COLLON CURA LODGE

An intimate lodge with unrivalled access to the lower Collón Curá, boasting 30 miles of private access to fish from.

Unbeatable access to the lower Collón Curá.

The aptly named Collon Cura Lodge sits right on the banks of the lower Collón Curá river, an enviable location which gives it unique access to some of the best stretches of water the river has to offer. Located on a privately owned 75,000 acre estancia, the lodge guarantees complete privacy and a huge range of possible beats on the river.

Easily accessible at only 45 minutes from the airport, Collon Cura Lodge provides an intimate base from which to explore both the Collón Curá and the Limay.

Fishing

Collon Cura Lodge provides, as the name suggests, excellent access to the best sections of the Collón Curá River, the lodge being located right on its lower stretch. The estancia on which it is based provides private access to more than 30 miles of the river, perfect for both floating and wading and enjoying the river’s riffle pools. Towards the end of the season, the lodge offers exclusive access to one of the prime beats of the river, a very short drive away.

Another serious bonus of staying at this lodge is its access to the Limay. Although still a decent drive away at 90 minutes, the lodge provides a launch pad to from which to fish the monster browns of the Limay towards the end of the season.

It’s also a great location from which to reach the Caleufu river.

Accommodation

Warmly traditional, the lodge is equipped with 4 comfortable double rooms, all with en suites. Sleeping up to just 8 guests, Collon Cura Lodge makes for an intimate and cosy setting. A shared living room and dining room provide all you need for a relaxing evening after a rewarding day on the water.

Offering total tranquility, guest accommodation is housed separately from the main lodge building, in a standalone cabin close by.

Dining

With expertly prepared, delicious food, the dining at Collon Cura Lodge is authentically Argentinian. Evening dinners are refined yet relaxed, breakfasts are excellent and riverside picnics are 5-star.

Off the water

As a purpose built fishing lodge, Collon Cura Lodge is best enjoyed by those who are there to fish, fish and fish some more.
